4. Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our products do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The more you order, the lower the per-item price it will be. If certain item has a MOQ, it will be clearly stated in the product detail. You can, however, still purchase samples for evaluation before making your actual big orders. Please feel free to contact us for evaluation samples.

1. How can I place an order?
Please Login into Exportsupermart when you place orders. Anyone can register on Exportsupermart and start ordering right away. Please don't attempt to place orders by email, fax, or phone unless we have already discussed this with you. If you need a price quote, simply log in and view the wholesale prices. The prices you see are the real prices. You will see the total price including shipping costs before you confirm your order. You can cancel or make changes at any time during the checkout steps.

3. Do you have a telephone number or fax number to take orders?
We do not take telephone or fax orders. All inquiries should be sent to sales@exportsupermart.com, and all orders are placed directly online through our easy-to-use online store.

2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and ready to ship within 24 hours after your order has been approved Except Weekend and holiday. Most of the time your order is packaged and shipped within 12 hours, and sometimes even same day. Once an order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation email, Once we ship out your product, you will receive an e-mail, and we will update the tracking number on the Order. Please note that the 24 hour order processing time does NOT apply to orders in which we have to call customers to verify payment information.

5. What is the status "Pending" and "Pre-order" mean?
The status "Pending" means that you have not finished the checkout step so we have not received your payment yet. But if your status is changed to "Pre-order" after Payment Completed, we are afraid that the item you ordered is out of stock. Please contact us to get the update stock information.

6. Are there times during the year which you are closed for business?
Yes, we observe all major holidays. During these days, we will post a notice on our main page informing customers of that. Basically when the post office is off, we are unable to ship the orders out. You can place orders and these will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

7. How to cancel the order?
There is no need to contact Exportsupermart to cancel orders which have not been paid for. These orders will expire automatically after a certain period. Exportsupermart permits checking out of orders using the online shopping cart as a system for customers to generate preformed invoices for themselves and to keep records of prospective purchases. Only orders that have actually been paid for are activated and entered into the order checking / processing system. In general, Exportsupermart can accept requests for cancellation of paid orders up to the working day on which the order enters the status "arrange shipping". Customers can request cancellation of orders by email quoting their order number.

8 . Can you ship to my country?How long?
With DHL,UPS,TNT,FedEx and more,Exportsupermart can ship products to most of the countries in the world. And it only takes 3 to 5days from Exportsupermart to your hand after the item shipped out.

9 . Shipping methods and rates?
Exportsupermart currently ships small and medium sized orders by international courier.You will be able to choose a courier, e.g. choose between FedEx, DHL,UPS,TNT.The shipping rates can be previewed inside the Exportsupermart online shop checkout system.Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional restrictions.Please also note that NO shipping to P.O. box via Express Shipping.

15. What is paypal?
PayPal is the world's most popular "middleman service" for online purchasing.As an online financial transaction broker, PayPal lets people send money to each other's email addresses. At no time will either party see the other's credit card or bank information.Similar to an escrow service, PayPal acts as the middleman holder of money. You need no special technology nor a business license to send/receive money through Paypal. The only requirements are: 1.a valid email address. 2.a valid credit card or bank account.
